By leveraging our housing expertise and relationships with local contractors, we are able to create housing solutions that address the needs of our low/moderate-income community. Our rental rates are priced as low as 80% of market value to those who qualify.

Grant Funded Home Repair

The Media page includes a photo gallery and videos of your work. You supply the photos and videos and we'll add them to your website.

Housing Remodeling

The Contact page includes an easy-to-use contact form that provides a simple way for customers to reach you.

Path to Home Ownership

Through homebuyer education and financial literacy courses, clients learn what is required to become homeowners. Paired with our Affordable Housing program, qualified clients that complete our Path to Ownership program may be able to purchase one of our homes at an affordable rate.
