Nazareth Housing is a nonprofit corporation that offers a variety of services to meet the housing, home repair and remodeling needs of low/moderate-income families and individuals.
We rehabilitate abandoned and foreclosed homes to make them available for rent or purchase. By doing so, we provide affordable housing to residents of Akron, Ohio and its surrounding areas.
Through our Grant Funded Home Repair program, Nazareth Housing provides a variety of home repair services, including lead hazard reduction.
Our Path to Ownership program provides educational services that equip those seeking home ownership with the knowledge necessary to acquire and maintain a home.
Nazareth Housing works to revitalize communities by rehabilitating abandoned and foreclosed homes and transforming them into safe, affordable places to live.
